To be frank, this was their first show out of the Valley &
we here at CA Records were skeptical about letting them play.
... mostly cause we hadn't heard of them. They were well
mannered boys, all under 20, & proved to have their chops
under wraps with the tightest set of the evening. This may have
been because the other bands of ghouls & drunks became
progressively drunker throughout the night and before their sets,
but nevermind.

They'd saved all their money for the round trip gas & we had the nerve
to keep their power strip ... & for that we apologize.
